How & Why I became a morning personYoure probably thinking I'm extra for all of this but I would bet food (not money) that if you did some of these things you'd benefit greatly.
Benefits?
Can definitely add any array of activities during the morning like prayer/meditation, yoga/workout, shower, play some feel good music, hey maybe even call ya mom! Let me know if you try any of these practices and or if you do something else in the morning!
